Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you access to a Medium account completely free for 30 days. You do not need a credit card to start your free trial and you will not be automatically upgraded when the trial ends.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime?
Yes you can! You are never locked in to a long term contract. If you downgrade you will need to delete sufficient data to be within the restrictions of your new plan.
Will my data be safe and secure?
Yes, we encrypt all data transfers using 128-bit SSL encryption and all of our data is constantly backed up for your peace of mind. Credit card data is stored safely with FastSpring and we do not keep a copy.
Can I import and export my data?
Yes, we support data import and export in CSV format.
